2.2 MuslimMarriageGuide.com and its Mobile App – An educational hub providing resources on marriage and family life, including articles, videos, podcasts, and practical guidance to support couples and individuals in building successful marriages.

This may involve ‘personal information’, including your name, contact details, Wali details, login credentials, payment details, device and technical data, as well as content you share such as profile details, photos, and messages.

3.1.3 Profile Information – Photographs, religious affiliations, occupation, educational background, lifestyle preferences, and partner/match preferences, all of which contribute to personalising your matrimonial experience. Information voluntarily appended to your profile may be visible to other registered members (e.g., demographic data such as gender, age, religion, appearance, occupation, and location).
3.1.4 Payment Information – Should you elect to become a Premium Member, we collect billing information (e.g., credit or debit card details, billing address, phone number, expiry date) or process payments made via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. This information is processed through reputable third-party intermediaries who are authorised to use your billing information exclusively for payment processing on our behalf. We neither store nor sell your financial details.
3.1.5 Identity Verification – In specific exceptional circumstances, Pure Matrimony® may solicit valid proof of identity (with or without a photograph) to verify authenticity and ensure account security. Such information is retained solely for the duration required to validate your account and is not held beyond that purpose.
3.1.6 Wali Login Feature – Where applicable, you may provide your Wali’s details. Your Wali may be granted limited access to oversee certain aspects of your account to safeguard the matrimonial process.
3.1.7 Other Submissions – When you engage with us through web forms, help desk requests, customer support, or participation in educational and promotional programs, we may collect your name, email address, and any additional information you choose to impart.
4. Information Collected Automatically
Upon accessing or utilising our websites and mobile applications, we automatically gather certain data, including but not limited to:
4.1 Device & Connection Information – Hardware model, operating system specifics, browser type, IP address, mobile network information, device identifiers, and application version.
4.2 Usage & Log Information – Diagnostic, crash, and performance reports, encompassing activity logs, website performance data, and troubleshooting information. User activity, such as logins, last active status, search preferences, and chat interactions.

6.2Screenshots and screen recordings are disabled in sensitive areas such as photos and videos, where any attempt will result in a blank capture.
